You do not need to have everything written perfectly. These prompts help you gather the important details.
Write the loved one's full name and preferred name, their birth and passing dates, service date/time, location, officiant and funeral-home details. Confirm spelling with the family.
Start with where they grew up, their education or work, the people they loved, hobbies, achievements and the way they made others feel. A few sincere paragraphs are enough. Use the biography field below.
Writing prompt: “We remember [Name] for their kindness, dedication to family and love of ...”
4 pages: Cover; life story; order of service and family; thank-you and back cover. 8 pages: Adds a full tribute, memories/photos, an extended service order, family legacy and poems.
Each finished page is approximately 5.5 × 8.5 inches. Four pages fold from one 8.5 × 11 sheet; eight pages use two sheets. Final print folding and imposition are handled by Next Day Prints.
Use a sharp, clear portrait for the front cover and an optional second photo for the memories page. Avoid screenshots of tiny photos when a high-resolution original is available. Use only wording, quotes and photographs you have permission to include.
Double-check spelling, dates, church name, addresses, service times, the order of service and family names. A family member should review the PDF before you send it. For extensive biographies, shorten text if the preview reports an overflow.
After filling the form, click Preview Program, then Download PDF or Submit PDF to Next Day Prints. The submission sends the PDF and your order details to our Wix Forms dashboard when upload succeeds. If it fails, the PDF stays available to download and email as an attachment.
